This floor plan is a modification to our M4011 design. The two designs have exactly the same ground floor plan with the ground floor consisting of the master bedroom with a large walk in wardrobe and private ensuite. A media room and home office area are at the front of the residence while the rear of the home features an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The modern kitchen has an island bench and large walk in pantry. The laundry is situated next to the kitchen with a large walk in linen/storage cupboard. Flowing off from the living and dining room is the large outside deck area. This new design has had the pool deleted off from the original design. The first floor of this new modified design is where the changes have been made. This level now consists of four bedrooms (all with built ins), the main full size family bathroom and a separate kids retreat.

This floor plan is an adaptation of our M3001 floor plan design. The ground floor of this design has been modified to include a double car garage, a fourth bedroom, bathroom and rumpus room with kitchenette (perfect for use as an internal granny flat). The main family bathroom separates the two childrens bedrooms and a separate kids retreat/living area is situated right outside the childrens bedrooms.
